30 DAY RETURNS
For products purchased online or through our catalog, we offer full refunds or exchanges within 30 days of the shipment date. Items must be returned in their original condition.
For products purchased in one of our stores, we offer a store credit within 30 days of your purchase. View our complete store refund policy.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEM?
We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of all our products. In the case that you receive a product that is defective, damaged or incorrect, we will pay the return shipping fees. Then we will send the undamaged or correct item to you promptly, with no shipping charges. PLEASE NOTE: Defective, damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 30 days of the original shipment date to be eligible for return or exchange.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
At Diamonds International, we are committed to your total satisfaction. We will accept any item returned to us in its original condition within 30 days of order receipt.
To return or exchange a purchase, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at returns@ShopDI.com or 800-51-JEWEL (800-515-3935) option two, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Customers outside the United Sates, please call 212-764-6900.
- Repack the item(s) in the original packaging materials. To receive a refund, you must provide the original packaging and documentation.
- Any promotional item or free gift included with the order must be returned. If not returned, you will be subject to the full retail price of the item.
- Write the Return Merchandise Authorization number on the outside of the outer box, above your address. Please note: For security reasons, do NOT indicate the contents of the package. Do not write "jewelry or "diamonds" anywhere on the box.
- Insure your box for the full purchase price, and ship it prepaid to:

Please note: We recommend USPS Registered Mail, as UPS and FedEx do not provide adequate insurance on jewelry, watches, or loose stones. We are unable to be responsible for items lost or stolen while in transit. - Returns that meet these criteria will be refunded in full to the original form of payment, excluding shipping and handling within ten business days of receiving your package.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ITEMS WHILE IN TRANSIT?
We are unable to be responsible for items lost or stolen while in transit. For safety purposes, we strongly encourage you to purchase insurance when you return items. For your convenience, you may return items purchased online to any of our stores for exchange or store credit. Our regular return/exchange policy will apply.
HOW DO I KNOW THE STATUS OF MY RETURN?
We process returns within ten days of receiving the item. To check on the status of your return, go to the My Account page, visit the Orders section, and then view the Order Status field. The Order Status field shows pending returns and their status.
