Shopping Spree Rules

THE FOLLOWING PROMOTION IS INTENDED FOR VIEWING IN THE 50 UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA ("D.C.") ONLY AND SHALL BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO U.S. LAW. DO NOT PROCEED IN THIS SITE IF YOU ARE NOT A LEGAL RESIDENT OF, AND LOCATED IN, THE 50 UNITED STATES OR D.C.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

1. HOW TO ENTER: Access www.ShopDI.com, click on the shopping spree link, and follow the on-screen instructions to submit an entry. Entries may be submitted beginning 12:00 a.m. (EST) April 1, 2007, and ending 12:00 a.m. (EST) June 30, 2009. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Limit one entry per person per quarterly drawing.

Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, illegible or incomplete entries, or for computer system, hardware, software, network, program or other damage, errors or failures of any kind, whether human or technical in nature, that may arise from or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes, or in the transmission or receipt of entries.

2. Prizes: A total of four (4) prizes will be awarded (one per quarterly drawing), each consisting of a $1,000 E-Gift Certificate redeemable for merchandise from www.ShopDI.com. Approximate retail value ("ARV"): $1,000 each. Total ARV of all prizes: $4,000.

3. Winners will be determined in random drawings to be held on or about the dates listed below from among all entries received by the entry deadlines listed below:

Sponsors' decisions will be final in all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Odds of winning a quarterly prize will be determined by the total number of eligible entries received as of the entry deadlines listed above for each quarterly drawing. Winners will be notified by e-mail, and will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (where permitted) within 14 days of notification or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's consent (or that of his/her parent or legal guardian if winner is a minor) to use winner's name, likeness and biographical data for advertising and promotional purposes worldwide without limitation and without additional compensation. If a prize is won by a minor, it will be awarded in minor's name to a parent or legal guardian, who must sign all required documentation.

4. Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States or D.C. 18 years of age or older except employees of Diamonds International, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, sales representatives, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families and household members of each of the above. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void outside the 50 United Sates and D.C. and where prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes should virus, bugs or other causes beyond Sponsor's control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, winners will be selected from among all valid entries received prior to the time of cancellation.

5. Prizes are non-transferable; no prize substitutions allowed except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. All taxes on prizes are winners' responsibility.
